I called in many times trying to find out about my pension fund amount and pay out date.3/4 consultants were rude and unhelpful. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor or team leader with no success. I keep being told they are busy or not at work and promised they will call me back...and that never happens. This is our money we are begging for and would like to know about..sad and very disappointing mxm!
