Poor service no service.

Got a mesg to call them urgently in connection with my late father’s documents. Been trying for 2 days now sitting listening to a voice message saying that they experience high call volumes and they will attend to you shortly but doesn’t happen. Been on the line for hours at a time no one answering the phone. Pathetic service.
