Poor service

Poor response from gepf!! Its been a year since my father passed away and I have been calling for several months almost every second day and still no positive outcome. They have been telling me for months that the file is at the back office at the final stage busy with calculations and yet im still waiting for any feedback or payout...they even escalated it.. No positive outcome.. Its frustrating.!!!
