Poor service at GEPF

I submitted my bank statement,Z894 form and copy of identity on the 5 of february 2019 for my pension funds to be reissued from unclaimed account to my account and I was told that the process will take about three to four weeks for my money to be deposited into my account then four weeks passed and I went to Pretoria to enquire about the matter,I then told that it takes six to eight weeks and on that process it has to go to forensic for verification of my documents if they are paying the right person then two months passed and when I go to check at Pretoria again at gepf I was told that the documents has been handed over at forensic and it will take about six months at forensic or even more than that,now I'm confused and frustrated because really I m currently unemployed and my bills need to be paid up
