Poor service and non payment of pension

I resigned from the Free State department of health and my last working day was on the 31st December 2015. Today I received a message that says my documents were sent back for a second time to our HR department. The first time they complained that my divorce decree was only one page and I had to make a certified statement that states that I was married out of community of property without accrual and that my ex-wife does not have any legal claim to my pension. Then it was re submitted. Today they sent it back again cause apparently my signatures don't look the same. I even signed all 5 signatures in front of our HR officer. This is flipping ridiculous! I'm so ****ed off at this moment I feel like strangeling someone at GEPF!
