Poor service and and 50+ emails later.
<p>To whom it may concern.</p> <p>As I have send , called and was at the office of the GEPF. It was shocking when the call center agent, informed me that application are still at legal department (26/05/2016). I understand that the was a problem on the choice form, which i immediately corrected in the begin of May. Refering to the email which i received on the 18/04/2016 the application should have been "Kindly note that the matter is still with legal, however the matter will be attended to and expedited". ironically was it not for me calling you, i wouldn't know there was problem on the choice form.</p> <p><br />At this stage i feel the service provided by the GEPF is under par. When I handed in my documents on the 11th of January 2016 the agent couldn't see anything wrong (Pretoria GEPF office). Please can anybody assist me in the matter and give me any feedback. I am reel don't want to hear that I will be paid with interested on the money or it is lying at the legal department. Give me a time frame.</p> <p>Please don't promise me a supervisor will call me to give me feedback. I was promised a few times and till now, nobody contact me.</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Mrs A.J.J.
