Poor Service!!!

<p>All of my documentation has been send through, and all was good, going to payments! Then they withdraw my file out of payments, cause 'the salary scales' wasn't correct. It took by this far, 14 week, just to get a salary scales. I've called SAPS HR, and spoke to the Bg. Bezuidenhout, who said that they have all the updated scales! </p> <p> </p> <p>Now it's laying in payment, again, for the last 4 weeks! Just been at the GEPF offices in Pretoria, and they still couldn't answer me, as to why it hasn't been send to SARS, or what the hell is actually going on! </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm fed up with this GEPF! </p> <p> </p> <p>When am I going to get my pension money paid out, that I'm entitled too???? </p> <p> </p> <p>I wish I could have been of the less fortunate to give you a thumbs up, but your service delivery are pathetic! You should maybe consider getting the right people in to do a better job! Think about that! </p>
