POOR SERVICE

Morning

Phones allow for immediate communication, with IT system companies have answers can be provided there and than. It has been time and money waisting to call the GEPF helpline 25minutes can go pass with annoying voice masseges while you wait.

I have since resigned in 2016 April, until this moment it has been a battle to receive payment due. I last communicated with your office on the 06 of Jan 2017, complaining about a submission made the previous year. I was refered back to the employer, submission rejected due to shortage of contributions(funds). When I contacted them, the HR officer did not know what that means, worse how to assist further. With outside help I managed to establish what it meant, funds were corrected as I understood.

The infor received by the end of January was that the submission was made again. Its been two months already no communication has been received. For all its worth I will be receiving a third rejection, it will be a year already since I resigned. Sent back to *********** HR employees, be stuck with no futher interventions. It really has been a nightmare to have my pension funds in your hands and the government that you are contracted with. There is no team work from your side to establish and resolve challenges. Are you all at work to process a weeks claim for a year, I assume you all proud of the work you have done on my portfolio.

It will be useless for you to send me back to the employer, who is the *********** HR officer with her useless superviser Mathapelo in Leratong Hospital.

My ID ********** 596082.
