Poor service
<p>My name is Megan Adams. I am the executor on my dad's estate. My father passed away 5 years ago and 5 years later his pension fund has stil not paid out. The lawyers that represents me have submitted all documents that were required by the pension fund to ensure that his pension will be paid out was submitted 4 months ago. It's ridiculous that payout is taking so long if you do have all the necessary documents..2017 will be our 6th year struggling to get my dad's pension paid out. I need this matter to be dealt with as soon as possible. </p>

Lucille, it's exactly 5 years going on 6 years that I am struggling with GPAA to pay out my dad's pension so that I can wrap up his file. I have provided you with all the necessary documents that you requested from me and stil nothing is happening. I am very disappointed in the service of the GPAA and is ready to take this matter to the ombudsman. There must be someone that can help in this regard
