Poor service

I lodged a complaint on hellopeter about 2 weeks back. Lucille Smith contacted me and I explained to her that my landlord wants to evict me and that I received a contract in Kuwait and need my pension to pay out. Lucille Smith was very friendly and said she will look into the matter. My problem is that I still have not received my money and nobody cares to \really\" help me. Its one empty promise on top of another. I'm sitting now in Bahrain and flying tonight to Kuwait and I don't have even a sent to buy me something to eat or drink. I'm so disappointed/disgusted with GEPF. People told me that they can speed up the payout in situations like mine but unfortunately nobody by GEPF gives a damn to even try to help me!!! I hate GEPF now!"
