Poor service

I submitted my divorce settlement claim in May 2024 but to this day I have not received the claim.Their communication is bad they rejected the claim because they needed me to submit an amended divorce decree which I had to find out by calling them no one called me back to inform me that they need an amended divorce decree I was only notified when I called to check the process which is also another nightmare the call waiting period is long and their system is always having technical issues like this morning i called waited for 20 plus minutes only for the call to go silent due to technical errors, i will like to finalise this matter but they are not coming to the party.
