Poor Gepf service

My paperwork was submitted On the 10th January 2019 and deemed in order by February 2019. At end of march 2019 I was informed that the banking details had to be re submitted as he it was not found in the file. Ever since I have been calling only to be told it was at the forensic department with no pay date. The sad part is I had to approach a bridging company to borrow money to survive and now I have reached my limit and my family is suffering. By the time I get my pension I have to pay the money back with interest. I want someone to please help me. I have called numerous times. I have gone to the offices to no avail. Emailed not even a Response. I am at a point where I want to sue the fund for the money, maybe we could start a class action against the fund.
