This serves for record purposes of laying of a complaint before proceeding to formally report the matter as *****.

GEPF staff has ******** the funds of my father in the guise of the file being transferred between the legal office and forensic. A year later following my father's death, after repeated requests to GEPF, a forensic officer was sent to investigate our matter and a conclusion was according to him reached of which he assured that following conclusion would be sent to the payout section.

This funds are primarily for my younger sister who will be starting university soon, without a father and sufficient funds. We are all unemployed graduates and are appalled by the service received. There is no regard for each customer behind each complaint, the pace at which matters are investigated is scary and this is one of many reasons why the overall governance will be overhauled soon.

Based on evidence and the odd movement of the file, it is clear that this is a matter of ***** and there is a kind request for Mrs. Judith Moses or related persons in that office to overlook the matter before proceeding any further.
