Pooooor Service from GEPF
I have been sending e-mails and calling weekly since the beginning of February to check the progress of my divorce claim for pension fund number: only to find out that my file was never worked on from the 18 December 2014 till the 05 March 2015.I have always received standard responses that my file has been at the legal department for processing. Ten calls and numerous emails has been sent with the same response \still busy at legal department. I have even sent numerous e-mails to Nico Mokgoko and Ephraim Kekana who just read my e-mails and never bothered to respond. It took less than 30 minutes to prepare the calculation with their on-line tool
