POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR Service from GEPF

My late Husband died on the 28/07/2015, it was a very sudden death and my kids and saw how he died which was very traumatic for us. He served faithfully in the SAPS department as a constable detective. He gave his all whilst serving. the Police Station where he was stationed assisted my family as much as they could and assisted us in a way that i will always be eternally greatful.

when we started the claiming process in august 2015, this is when it just became a nightmare. I drove the to Cape Town offices a few times submitting documents that was required and if it wasnt clear i would go the same day and i was informed in order to have these documents submitted. after 6months the documents was submitted to head office (GEPF) where it even dragged out more. in the mean time my bills started pilling up and school fees needs to be paid, living expenses and our home. i laid a complaint in April 2016 and its still currently pending. No one has had the decency to phone me and apologize for what they putting me and my girls through. i call everyday to the contact centre and send emails on top of my complaint, i get no response and no payment date even. my documents were recieved äpparently"on the 30/03/2016 by GEPF and it will be 60 working days on wednesday and there is absolutley no payment date on the system as per the contact centre.

i have no idea what to do anymore and who to speak to. they have sent my documents to forensics because i call everyday, i want them to investigate and draw bank statements of me when my husband was alive and now that he is not. i want them to come to my house and see the living conditions now and how it was before!! if they investingating let them do a throrough investigation. i will submit what ever documents they need such as bills, bank statement anything!!!!

Its no use that one complains because it doesnt get heard and no one will even take responsibility for the delay or call to explain!! a bunch of ***ards!!!! will this ever be resolved????????????????????????
