Please help me get my money out of Gepf

Good day.I really hope you can help me.I have been divorced 10 months now.Now I am waiting for my settlement money from the pension fund.I was previously married to Wynand van Rensburg.***.I sent in all the required documents to GEPF that they needed between August and November 2015.They told me it would take between 60 and 90 working days for my money to be paid out.Now Its 8 months since they started.I phone them every week at the call-centre.The answer is they are busy with calculations or finalising or there is a back log on the payments but nothing happens.I wanted to speak to someone at the legal department but they said cant.I don't know witch way to go any more to speed up this process.The last time I phoned was 18 April 2016 and I spoke to Pardon at 11:43.Can you please try and get hold of their legal department and check my file and let them speed up the process.Thank you.Bianca van Rensburg ***
