Please help

I have been waiting for a payment since the 21st of June,my kids have been kicked out of school and didn't get their reports,I've been calling daily and I am not getting help,all they tell me is that its "at the finance department" I have been stressed and depressed this is alot to take in!!!!

Can someone pls assist me
