Please give me my IRP 5

I have been desperately trying to get an older (2012/13) IRP 5 from the Government Employee Pension fund for months now. They asked for a document, I supp**** it over and over again, they do not reply. Also, they send you a survey to print, complete and send back, but they block the email you are given to send it to, telling you the document is to big, even when you save it in PDF. So you cant actually answer the survey. I just want my IRP 5, please. I have sent another email with no attachments, waiting to see if I get a response or are they going to tell me it is still to big?
