Please assist with my Pension Fund as my employer fails to help me

I Regina Mmatei Luthuli,Persal number ***1 and Pension number ***7,I started working at Sterkfontein hospital at the year of 1981 on the 8 of June as a cleaner and on the year 2020 of may we were temporary paused from work due to the strike that took place and I stayed home for 5 months and resumed working at Dr Yusurf Dadoo hospital still under government,I continued to work there for 2 years and took my pension at the age of 61 years. I filled every forms I was told to fill with the help of HR I submitted everything and I was told to go to GEPF JHB to check if my date of appointment was fixed because it only appeared that I only worked for government for 2 years of when I was transferred to Dr Yusurf Dodoo hospital the service of Sterkfontein did not appear but eventually it was fixed, and on the 28 February 2023 filed for my pension and knowing that I will get my pension fund but I only got R100-000 for the 2 years I worked at Dr Yusurf Dadoo hospital I received the money on May 2023,I phoned GEPF of Pretoria to find out what was going on and I was told they only received papers of 2 years service and I was advised to go to the HR of Sterkfontein hospital to find out so I first phoned them and they told me to come to Sterkfontein and I went there and I was told by the HR that they submitted all my papers and my date of appointment was fixed but they will look into the matter and filled more forms so they can email back my papers to GRPF of Pretoria and they indeed did that and I was called after a week telling me that my papers were returned because I once filed for resignation and I was told not to so at GEPF they returned my papers because of that confusion of retirement or resignation and I went back to Sterkfontein on the 1/08/2023 filled more forms and I was told they will submit my papers the following morning on the 2/08/2023 so yesterday on the 14/08/2023 I decided to call the GEPF of Pretoria to ask if they have received my papers but I was told no the haven't, I've been patiently waiting for my money but I've been played for a fool and it's almost 6 months now and I I've been played for a fool I really need your help.
