please assist

My father passed away last year on the 26th of June but his pensions have not been payed out yet. I've called your head offices almost every week and im always given the same response, "please call again next week, your claim is being processed." This has caused a major inconvenience for my family and I as my father was the main breadwinner. I have since had to put my studies on hold because he was the one paying for my studies.
