Pention payout handed in my exit docs 3 monts ago

I am waiting for 3 months now and want to know what is the current status and process. I am not sure if your office received my application yet? I handed in my docs at the beginning of June 2015 at my Bloemfontein's HR office. I think it is unacceptable for anyone to wait 3 months for your payout, especially if I followed it up numeral times with my HR office, who could not help me to be quite honest. Will you please be so kind and investigate this matter as soon as possible? I would really appreciate it if you can make an exception and ask the people to speed up my application process. I know that the problem was with my HR office but I am kindly requesting / begging you to handle it as an urgent application, please. I also want to say a big ''thank you'' to you and all your staff for handling my application.
