Pension unpaid

<p>My documents for my pension payout was submitted to the main office on the 10 November 2016, they informed me that it would take a maxmum of 60 days for my pension to payout if all documentation are in order. I asked the consultant to make sure there are no documents outstanding and she confirmed none are outstanding. According to my calculations my pension should have paid out around the middle of January 2017. Since then nothing has happened. I phone on a weekly basis to check the progress of my pension payout and they just keep telling me it is at processing and they have a backlog. about three weeks back they told me my file is at contributions. Last week I followed up again and they told me it is still at contributions. The consultant even told me that at least there was movement on my file. I mean it has been over three months now way more then the maximum 60 days which is the norm. I can't even pay my children's school fees or my bond. I am sinking deeper and deeper in debt whereas i had a perfect credit record. Now my credit score is being ruined. This is just not acceptable. Someone please help.</p>
