Pension payout to beneficiaries
our mom passed on 6 November 2014, until today money has not been paid out to beneficiaries. im taking care of my little sister, the school is threatening she wont sit for assessments if her fees are not up to date. I call the call centre and each time they tell me to call back next Friday. I asked for matter/case to be escalated because its urgent, nothing has happened. PLEASE HELP!!
