Pension payout taking forever!!!!

Service termination on the 31-12-2014 - & was told process takes max 3months.<br> We are now in month 7 , & still have not received payment - it has had severe impact due to contractual agreements where I am responsible, relying on MY pension money<br> I have contacted the call centre - & either get little response, no response, or no willingness to help.<br> Yes I was told it can take up to 60days for payment to happen, however was assured that if the file is in order, as call centre agent said it is, it will not take that long.<br> I called the call centre last week again, & agent said the file was being processed to be sent to SARS this week by Tuesday, which has 48hour turnaround time - &that by TODAY 03-07-2015 they would have it back & payment to be authorised. I need my payment by no later than 08-07-2015 - considering its way past the 3 month mark!<br> <br> This whole process between the SAPS & GEPF is absolutely disgusting - the buck is passed, &it is a disservice to my 21years of Honorable service. I cannot comprehend the incompetence of service & administration. My documents are in order. PAY MY MONEY. I have my attorney ready for legal action if money is not paid early next week!!
