Pension payout

I resigned from Government on 2015/03/31. My file was received at GPAA on 8 June and was sent to the withdrawal section on 21 June. After numerous emails I get a respond that the tax directive must still be requested. Everytime I ask for progress it is always the same answer when they do respond on my email. Tax directive. I phoned the call centre yesterday where I was informed that they are still processing the file. When I ask at what stage the file is they inform me they have 60 days. Call back in a week. This is not acceptable service delivery. My file had no errors because I was never informed. What I want to know is at what stage my file is. When will a payment be made. It is 27 days that the file is at the withdrawal section. What is the hold up? At least give me a satisfactory answer when I do enquire about my money. I am getting into financial trouble. And dont give me as the operator said yesterday we pay interest when it is not paid in 60 days. Surely there must be a reason if your file is not finalized in the 27 days they are \processing"it.
