PENSION PAYOUT
<p>LUcille Smit og GEPF is running around with answers as I look at this reviews there is many people batteling with her it is time to take action people of South Africa we are just satisfied with the government nothing is being done. The employer do not care as they are not in the situation of waiting for their funds . TI demand that somebody take control and fix this problem of service or work that is not being done. PLEASE TREAT THIS AS URGENT. You sent them mails and no reply. I want answers they block you not to spaek to higher authority.</p>

Kindly note that the as per attached email that was send on Friday (04 November 2016 ) . The members pension documents was finalised and referred for authorisation as the e transfer amount is over 1million.
I have notified the member regarding the status of the claim.

Again a lot of stories. My client funds is being transferred today. Thanks. but now I need the proof of payment and transfer documents. Lucille Smit again made promises and told stories that this documents will be received first thing this morning as I must process the case of my client if not doen he will have to wait till January for his funds that he wants to withdraw. I sent her mails this morning no reply. Maybe she is sick or just ignoring me because she does not know what story to tell me know. Bad service or actually no service so it can not be bad because ther is nothing to rate. Has somebody got the contact details of the head of this section ,because I want to sent it with in the hour to Carte Blanche with Lucille Smit contact details that they can explain to the Nation why it takes 10 months to process pension funds and why they are still delaying the process. Please send your replies.
