Pension payout

Hi. I already post a complaint against the GPAA. And I did receive a feedback. BUT there is no response after that. The email address they gave me, send my emails back? I phone and the same old story has been told. The file is at the legal department and they did not finalized it. The latest is that they worked on my file on the 14th of March. Ok they worked on the file, but what did they do? This is all they can tell me.<br> <br> I feel that there is somebody not doing his/her job, and I pay the price for this.<br> <br> If there is anybody else I can contact in this matter please help me get answers.<br> <br> thank you very much<br> <br> Helena Steyn<br>
