pension payout

I was wondering if you could help me with my case. I resigned from department of health in december 2014 and I was told that I will recieve my money within 60 days or sonner if my papers were completed correctly. I have been going to the gepf Bloemfontein's offices but evrytime I am told to come back after two weeks as my papers are at their head office and the are glitches which no one can explain what they are. I was never called or told in any form of communication that my papers were not correctly completed.
