Pension pay out

My husband passed away on the 21 August 2020,he served his country working for SAPS. I has contributed to his pension for 18 years when he was serving. It's is July 2021 still my children and I have not received a single cent from Gepf. I have been calling twice a week to a call center, but no response on how long I must still wait. I have emailed their supervisors with no response from them. I honestly don't know if these peoe are even competent at their jobs. No phone call from them to keep me up to date with what is going on, I call but I must hold for atleast 1hour or more at times they won't even answer. I need assistance my contact is ***
