We acknowledge receipt of your enquiry.
Kindly be advised that the GPAA encountered problems while processing your file and it had to be sent back to the employer for corrections. We however received the file back from your employer and it is currrently in process.
Please note that no date of payment or finalisation has been confirmed as yet.
We would like to assure you that our Office is looking into the matter and will provide you with feedback in this regard as soon as the matter has been concluded.
