PENSION MISCALCULATION

In September 2014 I enquired about my pension fund and still today its not finalized. To make matters worse is that my ex spouse was paid within no time and it never took them a long time to finalize the query/payment. To my horror I found out that she was overpaid by an exorbitant amount and more that 3 people confirmed this. The story took a different turn when I app**** for my share. My file was left for more than 3 months. I went to their Johannesburg and Pretoria offices and they confirmed that they were unable to calculate my monies as they have overpaid my ex by more than R500k. When I asked how was that possible no one could give me an honest answer. Fast forward the story I communicated with Thabiso Poo who also confirmed that my ex was indeed overpaid but they will sort out and I will receive my payout, i had to drive to PTA to drop off some documents so they can process payment. I must say communication is not their forte, I still haven't heard anything from them and no one is at least keeping me informed about the status of my file or anything instead I'm being sent from pillar to post. Please Help.
