Pension lumpsum

I went on Mem on the 30th of September 2023. My lumb sum still haven't paid out. It must first payout before I can start getting my monthly pension. I haven't had a cent since 12th of January, when my leave money paid out. I've been phoning and phoning. Since the 10th of September 2024 I've been told that it must just go through it's in final stage. Today when I phoned I was told that on the 10th my HR was notified why is there no medical pay off. No one asked me when I phone. We were gonna buy back the medical aid with lump sum. My fiance is busy losing her company she started and we losing everything we've got because we had to pawn it to try and keep us going. If our rent is not paid (for 6 months) by Monday 30 September 2024 we have to be out by Tuesday 1 October 2024. We did explain it every time we follow up and that everyday (that's if they not off line, so they say). Now I asking what am I to do?
