Pension Funds Withheld

I resigned on the 1st of October 2024 and served my noticed for the entire month and my last working day was on the 31st of October 2024. However, to date my pension money that I had claimed hasn't been processed as yet after all I had requested to withdraw all of it. I do not understand what is the hold up because I had not claimed anything not even the 2port option as I do not qualify. No communication whatsoever from GEPF\GPAA as to what might delay the process. It's disappointing that GEPF made sure to deduct the pension money without fail, but yet they are failing to do their due diligence.

Is for GEPF to pay what's due to me, because I should not be asking or thumb-sucking for what belongs to me. Take note that this is an escalation that requires attention.
