Pension funds delayed

An elderly person is in debts while her payments are not being dealt with and she is not given clear explanation as to how far her payments are. Her file was send last November and as notified by her previous work her file only went to payment o February the 2nd 2026. while she went to her regional office for update on the 13th of January 2026 and was told her file is on payment after 2 weeks her money should be release and she have her fund. On last Thursday of January she went back again and now a different story was being said by the people who work for the same company and can access the same system. This is our elderly people that are not well treated my mom had a reason why she went to pension last year, she is not well and she is the bread winner, who is going to pay for all her debts that she now has due to the delays of gepf personnel who do not work well with elderly people. It is said that kids fight their parents for money but gepf is robbing elderly people to have what is rightfully and what they worked hard for i so many years. It is more than 3months now my mom has been waiting. Her name is Matshidiso Francina Hlole, she can contact by a personnel who can speak Sesotho to explain further from her side. Even gems did not do her file correctly and they suspended her medical.
