Pension fund payout delay

I am complaining on behalf of my mother who has retired due to ill health reasons.<br> She has been signing papers for the past 5 years,being promised that her pension will be paid out in few weeks till date nothing has happened and for the past 3 years she has not been paid her monthly salary,no source of income and she is ill and the department she worked for,has all the documents they require.<br> <br> Please clarify as to why it is taking years for her pension to be paid out and why her monthly salary was stopped for the pass 3 years.She worked for government for over 27 years,3 years no income,she is ill and we are being sent from pillar to post.<br> <br> Come on, somebody must do their job now.
