Pension Fund Payout

Good Morning <br> I am lodging this complaint on behalf of my grandmother<br> Mosidi Martha Modingwane has been running to the GEPF department for 4 months now without any positive feedback. She submitted her pension fund papers to be processed at the GEPF department. She was informed that the process will take 6 weeks but it has been 4 MONTHS of stress now.<br> On the 20th of March she was told that her papers went to the bank for verification. She waited and nothing happened. <br> She went again on the 8th of April to make a follow up, and only then she was informed that her Initials are incorrect. It is \MN"instead of \""MM\"" . I mean what kind of a excuse is that????<br> Yesterday she went there and left without ANY assistance. The q's are long and she ended up leaving because she was not feeling well. She is suffering from diabetes"
