Pension Fund for family

My father passed on in July 2017 and we submitted all necessary documents a month later. We have been driving to and from the department to find out what the hold up is because they had informed us that it took 60 working days for the funds to be released. When we do try and call, it takes us an estimate of 1 hour to get through of which we were told the last time we got through to them that everything was fine and we would get the funds in 7 working days. We are in May 2019 and still awaiting the funds to be released. My mother has not yet received the monthly pension from Health Department as well since my father's passing. This has been a really frustrating process and we were not told what the amount we are waiting for was to make it even more frustrating. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!
