Pension fund death claim

I have submitted my mother's death claims May 2023 to date nothing has been done .The service at gepf is very poor I call them everyday and I get different feedback from the same department. Honestly I'm really fed up with their incompetence. It's now going for 1 year since my mothere passed away but her pension funds are not yet paid .I was told the documents are now with back office and they are unable to print the documents to check them. What a useless department..
