Pension fund claim

Poor service at gepf . I am not happy with their service it's like no one wants to do their job there . I submitted my service claim August 2024 it was only captured on the system February 2025 after countless follow up I made to the office to find out how far is the claim even after that I gave them all documents they needed from me apparently they had Mia placed my marriage certificate and had to visit them again to hand in the marriage certificate. Still the this day nothing has been done with regards to the claim it has been over a year now when you call them no one seems to know what is happening other than that your call get dropped.this ha affected me in a negative way because my house is being repossed cause I'm failing to pay the outstanding amount as I am not working and my kids are struggling going to school without lunch box. Gepf is really failing g at doing their job.
