Hello I app**** for my pension fund early April as my contract at my work place ended in February 2015. All documentation was received by the GPAA on the 29 April 2015. I was advised that the whole process takes up to 60 working days. The 60 days has way passed but I have not received the payout. I really need the money to pay my bills. Always when I call them, a call centre agent gives me the same feedback that my file is being processed at the payment section and no payment date is available yet. I am very disappointed with such delay from the GPAA. I am not happy with the service I received from GPAA up to date..
