<p>I resigned from Department of Correctional Services in September 2015. Since that time I was sent from pillar to post by both this department and GEPF. I was told that I owe the department R14000 which I paid in January. On the 20th of January I was told that everything is in order and that my money will be paid in 60 working days from that date. When I phoned today, Tebogo tells me that there was a problem at the Contributions department due to a mistake made by the Correctional Services therefore he doesnt know how long it will take them to reconcile and recalculate. He cannot give me the payment date. Why do they have call center agents who cant answer questions. I need my money as soon as possible because I have been waiting for too long.</p>
