The most horrible service ever. The call centre agents just lie nje, this month the excuse is this, next month it's that. That time they make us call every week. Our file has been sitting in one department since 22 April 2025, today is 18 July 2025 and it's still in that same department. Even 1 start rating is not deserved at all. That time the claim was submitted in 2024. The call centre agents are so *********** and can't answer simple questions. Yet they say turn around time is 60 days. Honestly horrible horrible horrible service. That time we call every week to be told something we were told 3 months ago. Honestly, you need to do better this is not how you're supposed to treat people. It's horrible. And stop lying.
