Pension Enquiry

I resigned in February 2021 and I served a notice period of 6 months because of I was told there was a backlog so in order for me to receive my pension in time, but how ever I went to PE GEPF to enquire and I was told that the last time my file was touched was 20th July 2021. The PE branch when they try to do a follow up they also not getting any feedback and this is frustrating...
