PENSION CONTRIBUTIONS NOT REFLECTING ON SYSTEM
My pension number as it appears on my salary advice is ***2.According to the gentleman at the GEPF call centre pension fund contributions only reflect from May 2009 to December 2009.He even asked whether I am still employed.I find this unacceptable because I have been employed continuously from May 2009 to the present. How can deductions for pension be reflected on my salary advice but the GEPF has no record of it?It sounds like a case of pension ***** to me and I would like the matter to be resolved as soon as possible or else I am going to contact the Pension ***** Hotline. My email address is [Email Removed] should you find the time to attend to my problem and contact me.
