PENSION BY GEPF NOT PAID OUT 4 MONTHS OUTSANDING

I am Reviewing on behalf of my Aunt.

She went on Pension End of November 2017, she handed in her application for Pension Fund with supporting documents on 28 Augustus 2017.

When she started following up in 23 of December 2017, she then followed up weekly with the GEPF Contact Centre with no avail.

When she followed up on the 3 of January 2018 she then realised that according to GEPF the documents was only submitted to them on the 15th of September 2017. This delayed the process already.

I also took her the the GEPF Office in Pretoria on 1st of March 2018, with no avail.

This in now 4 Months behind for her Pension and its still with “contributions” according to the Contact Centre.

This is the worst service ive ever seen
