Pension Benefit Payout Query

Since 03 November I have been trying to get hold of someone in a position of authority at the GPAA, to give me an indication/feedback - in writing - as to when I can expect my Pension Benefits to be paid to me.<br> <br> My Booklet /Documentation was handed to the GPAA's Client Liaison Officer (CLO) by the Department of Defence (DOD) on 22 October 2015 already.<br> <br> When I did eventually get hold of a GPAA Call Centre agent, I was informed that they only received the documents on 28 October and started working on it wef 04 November 2015, and I could therfore only expect my benefits to be paid to me within 60 days, from today.<br> <br> Surely 60 days is the Maximum amount of time it may take. <br> <br> I am sure it could be done quicker, i.e. by 30 November 2015.<br> <br> I am a Father with a family that depends on me for their well-being.<br> <br> Kindly assist ASAP
