Pension application delayed - 4 months and more than 60 working days since receipt of documentation by GEPF. No one can seemingly hold GEPF accountable.

My pension application was received by GEPF on 19 November 2025 regarding my retirement on 31 December 2025. Between then and now (26 March 2026), more than 4 months have expired and more than 60 working days. I have been without income for 3 months since January 2026 and suffer dire financial consequences. I have written to and/or called ALL relevant parties including GEPF, but there is still uncer*****y as to when the application will be settled. The GEPF appear to be untouchable and even the relevant ombudsman cannot muster any impact.
