I Waterson Pupu have served and worked under Dep Of Education for way over 30 years, yes there were ups and downs throughout this period but it was nothing one could be bothered by until 01 Aug 2014 I app**** for retirement as I am well above the retiring age. Eventually on the 31 Dec 2014 I received confirmation that I must not report for duty on the 01 Jan 2015 culminating in the department terminating my income with immediate effect Im now beginning the 3rd long month without any sort of income which leaves a very sour, bitter and sad taste in my mouth as I do not see why is the department holding on to my retirement/pension funds as they confirmed they have received all documentation required and approved all as it is in order and meets all the requirements, I have been advised by another retiree that I need to contact *** to push and keep pressure on the processing which I have done speaking a Tebogo, a Thato and others however I keep being referred to the same old turnaround time of 7 working days of which nothing after happens. I am pleading and pledging for your assistance as I no longer even have airtime to contact this number as I do not own a landline telephone

kindly note that your withdrawl documents were received by GPAA last month only , they are currently with our payment section for urgent processing , we have however send an urgent submission to the section to fas track the process, payment date will be communicated in due course .

After over 30 years of service the peanuts you paid as retiment package is all, I get for beingh a loyal public servant. Someone works 10 years for a private entity if they resigned they still make over 350K yet after my loyality of choosing to retire you sput right in my face. I would never recommend anyone of my family nor friends to consider working for the government as successful rewarding career.
