Payout Pension

Good day I have been calling GEPF regarding my pension payout. They told me that my documents was forwarded to the Legal Department on the 16th January 2018 I want to know what the reasons are but they could not assist Why was the documents send to the Legal department, I am not divorced, do not pay maintenance etc.

I need answers
