Payout not made in six months

Expecting a payout and six months have elapsed and every time I call I am told it is still being processed. Today I was told to expect it in 30-60 days!! That is 8 months! Every time I call I am asked to leave a phone number so they can send message if something is required. No messages received. Hhayi bandla kunzima!!!!
